Last Reunion Post...of 2014 7/2014

We had our annual talent show at the East Stake Center Pavillion.  It was nice to be outside!  Annie read some of her book she is writing, John performed some soccer moves (which several cousins joined in on), Jessica hulu-hooped and Asher sang something-I can't remember what it was, bummer!  Alexis and Julia were too cool to participate.
The Spokane Temple provided a nice backdrop!
This hill by the Pavilion was the same one Jesse played at as a kid!
We had the pleasure of having Daniel and Lori and their 5 children stay at our home for the week.  We had a great time together . Our kids match up well.  We spent a morning at Liberty Lake while the guys did their annual brothers D&D.
The Independence Day celebration started out right.  God bless America and BBQ!!
The brothers had a weigh in.  Not my idea of fun after a week of eating lots of reunion food.  :)
Michael prepared a very reverent and special flag burning ceremony to retire an old flag (the proper way to retire a flag).
He had the teenage girls help out.
There were a lot of tears and testimonies. We love America!
Choosing strips of flag to burn.
Our resident Eagle Scout Ford, helped run the fire.
He's on a protein diet.  In other words, if there is meat, why eat anything else?
We always have a few spiritual experiences at the reunions, including the Youth baptism trip to the Spokane Temple.
Ruth was running somewhere in the background, but this is the luncheon for the baptisms.  Lucas Barney (a cousin of cousins), Eliza Fox and Samuel Fox were all baptized this day.
It's great to be eight!

Alex is such a snappy dresser! Wow!

Julia's bottom in those skinny jeans at the flag burning thing- what a pretty lady, with long shapely legs, oh my goodness.

You have your own youth group!

A weigh in at a reunion? Where do I sign up? :0
