Misc. 5/2014

Miscellaneous pictures from May....Cousin Abby and Annie at a school field trip playing dress up.
Jesse took our girls and some friends to a Beyond 5 concert.  THEY HAD A BLAST!!
This is TJ.  He signed their t-shirts.  Jesse is a fun dad!
Jesse has really enjoyed being 2nd counselor in YM with his friend Ryan Romney as Scoutmaster.
My cousin had this darling baby girl.  She is #4 after three older brothers, so she's a blessing.
So sad that Jesse's brother Baden, wife Mary Ellen and kids moved!  Before they left, Grandma Fox asked me to take a picture of her with their adorable baby Henry.
Alexis and her friend Emma got their drivers permits the same day!  I have a teenager driving!! I can't be that old!
I thought it was sweet that Asher fell asleep with his hands folded like this.

Great Weather 5/2014

This shows the ups and downs in temperature in May.  Swim shorts and a coat. It's sunny, so he thought it was summer, until he felt the chilly temps and asked for a coat. :)

Only Annie would think to make a homemade hammock out of rolled up newspapers.  It hung pretty low when she sat in it though.

The kids friend Shaun is always up for a game.
Loving Liberty Lake!

Raingutter Regatta 5/2014

John is so lucky!!  Our ward does Pinewood Derby AND the Rain-gutter Regatta!
He had a fast boat!!

Memorial Day 5/2014

I love our little city!!  It has wonderful events, like the Pancake Breakfast and Memorial Day Program.
Asher was very interested in the armed forces that did the flag ceremony.
This hair is awesome!
The reverence by our veterans for those that have died for us was palpable.
The kids wanted to be as patriotic as possible, and even got their teddy bears involved!
The breakfast is actually pretty good!
It was a nice (yet windy) day.  We dropped the kids off with chips and popsicles at the park for a while.
Watermelon is so yummy!
We got invited to a BBQ at our friends house and brought pie!  This was such a great day.

Annie's Ballet Recital 5/2014

Our lovely Annie had her end of year recital and did a great job!

Her teacher McKayla is off to college, so Annie is doing another school, Isabelle's in the fall.  She loves ballet!

My 36th Birthday 4/2014

Jesse took me out to dinner at the Palm Court Grill in the Davenport Hotel.  I only ended up with two pictures from our evening.  This delicious appetizer sampler and...
....butter shaped like blackberries!  I could die!  I seriously used this picture as my wall paper on my phone for a few months.  It makes me happy.

Easter 4/2014

Every Easter I am so focused on experiencing the morning that we have hardly any photos.  Asher is obsessed with mazes.  How perfect that the Easter Bunny found a chocolate one!
Annie hurt her foot jumping onto a sidewalk.  She just had to wear the boot a few weeks.

I did manage this one before we went into church.
Daddy got a Sunday headache.  Asher came up with a new cure.  Q-tips dipped in cool water.

More Disney Pictures 4/2014

WARNING: Copious amounts of Disney Pictures in this post.  It is amazing how many pictures one can take at Disneyland!
My two teenagers!
My face is hilarious. Somehow my girls look cute and I look crazy. :)
Love these kids!  Asher isn't into getting photographed lately, so excuse him.
See what I mean?
Father and sons (yes Asher is there, his hair is camouflaged)!
Water break!  It was toasty!!
The World of Color was a spectacular show!!

Just when you thought it was over, more amazing things would happen!  Loved this!
Waiting for the Mark Twain Riverboat to launch.
Smile!
This little princess got scared on the Pirates of the Caribbean Ride!
Exploring Tarzan's Treehouse.  I do miss the Swiss Family Robinson one. :(
The Jungle Cruise is a staple!

This boy loves Winnie the Pooh and Tigger too!!

John was very fortunate and was chosen to be in the Jedi Training Academy.  Our little Padawan did well.
During the training guess who showed up? Darth Maul and Darth Vadar!  Yikes!

John refused to join the dark side.
Then Darth Maul challenged him to a duel!  John came out alive.  The force is strong with this one.
This is probably one of my favorite pictures of Annie.  She saved some confetti I gave her from my trip to Disneyworld with my mom and sister last year, and made it into earrings in excited anticipation for our trip.  She got a lot of compliments!
Jessica scared and Annie is happy!  (No her teeth aren't green, it's a retainer)
The Pixar Parade was awesome!

It was especially nice that we found a shady spot to watch it from!

It's so beautiful at night.

The Chinese lanterns above the teacups look so cute in the evening.  What a perfect couple of days.
