Pavillion Park 5/2015

I love our little community!  And yes, I know that pavilion is spelled with one l, but our park uses the old-fashioned spelling with two l's!  PAVILLION park has a lot of great events, but we've made the Memorial Day Breakfast an annual tradition.
They put on a program with music and recognize our local veterans as well.
We always run into friends, or make new ones!
My loves!
Melt my heart.
We went to Bumpers and went bowling and played mini-golf with the four younger kids. It was fun!

Raingutter Regatta 5/2015

The raingutter regatta is always a fun time!
We have a great group in our ward!
Love my handsome John!!

First Church Dance 5/2015

This is the face I got when I asked them to smile for me on their way out the door to Julia's first church dance...
but then they gave me a couple of cute ones!!
I'm sure you didn't notice I was taking these from the comfort of my bed, right?  Haha.

Splash Poems 5/2015

My kids like to enter contests in the local paper, The Splash. This month they were asking for acrostic poems using the word FREEDOM.  I was so pleased with each of their poems.  They were unique and patriotic! Annie ended up winning 1st place and she got a big basket full of summer toys and s'more fixings as her prize from the newspaper!
I think John was at soccer when we dropped these off at the Splash office. So cute!

Gardening 5/2015

We did another summer at our friend's property where he lets us have our own garden plot.  We are so fortunate!  It is really hard to plan times to go though.  Our kids are so busy!
We try to go first thing before it gets too hot (hence the bedhead)
Kids in the dirt, where they are meant to be. :)
Good memories!

Camp Grizzly 5/2015

These are the pictures Jesse came home with after Father and Son's Campout. :)
I love my boys and man!

This seems to be a popular face for Asher at camp!
They slept in the back of the Suburban since it was pouring rain that night!

Misc. April 2015

Asher doesn't really take naps anymore, but when he's really tired-he can fall asleep anywhere!
Nothing makes me happier than a kid with their nose in a book!
Julia and Talitha and their chalk self portraits.
Birthday ice cream cake and waffles in bed for my 37th!
Julia worked hard on this replica for art class!

Jessica's short soccer career 4/2015

Jessica enjoys practicing soccer with John and wanted to play on her own team for a year or two, but we hesitated due to her social anxiety.  We finally signed her up and she lasted for two practices and two games before anxiety got the best of her.
She has natural athletic ability and was very good!
We love this sweet girl!

Nana's 80th Birthday! 4/2015

The Noack Family gathered from near and far to surprise Nana at her house with a BBQ with all her kids and many of her grandchildren.  She was so happy to see everyone! Aaron and Robert were manning the grills.
Esme and Forrest
Theresa made some beautiful cakes!
The food was delicious!
Karen enjoys talking to the young people.
Quite a posterity!
Nana with her children. I'm sure Greg and Papa were there in spirit.
They have a silly side!
John came straight from a soccer game.

Grandpa was nice to play with John!
We went to one of Casey's Jr. Chief's hockey games that night. A lot of people have said Nana and I look alike.  I hope I look this good at 80!  I love my Nana dearly. She's a good, strong woman who I admire.
