I couldn't fit all my kids faces in with me, but this is cute.
The view from our back porch.
Alexis sewed this dress and apron for Jessica.  The dress is made from one of Jesse's old dress-shirts.  Pinterest!

Last of Halloween 10/2012

This is the first time our older girls have gone trick-or-treating without us.  I think they had a blast.
This is Alexis' last year, she'll be passing out candy next year.
Jessica and Asher changed costumes a few times.
These two are my little peanuts.  The doctor tells me to feed them more ice cream.
Alexis made John's Ravenclaw Wizard Costume out of Jesse's old graduation gown.  It turned out awesome.  Unfortunately I didn't get a picture with his hat on.  We like taking our kids to the local library party.  Asher was the cutest, tiniest pirate!!
This mustache was adorable.
Asher loves dancing!

YW Recognition 10/2012

My Dad and Step mom Karen drove up from Rexburg because Alexis completed her personal progress and earned her Young Womanhood Recognition Award.  They got to see it presented to her.  Karen was really thoughtful and brought Alexis a purse filled with things from this talk: https://www.lds.org/general-conference/2011/04/lds-women-are-incredible?lang=eng  So sweet!!
Asher was wearing a diaper, for the record.
He loves being read to.  :)
John made us all pot stickers   He's a good cook for his age.

Autumn 10/2012

Asher isn't sure about donkeys.  These pictures are from our annual pumpkin patch visit.  In Spokane there is an area called Greenbluff with over 40 farms, many of which have pumpkins, so we pick a different one each time.  This year we went to Hidden Acres Farm with my Sister-in-laws Marjorie and Mary Ellen and kids,
They have a fun, albeit foul smelling, petting-zoo.
It was clear...but cold!
Annie leading the kids in play in the cabin.
The boys were more interested in the tee-pee.
On a hay ride tour of the fruit orchards.
Jessica and John's version of American Gothic.
The kids hay maze.
Jessica is the cutest little worm!
These three will be grown before I know it!
Penelope the talking pumpkin!
These next few shots are of our current rental-home.  The front yard is full of leaves...
Jessica is proud of her pumpkin.

Ward Party 10/2012

Ghost bowling is the idea I got off Pinterest to do as our Primary Booth at our ward party.  It was fun!

Julia, my witch daughter, Annie as Dorothy and the mama witch, me!
Alexis sewed her own owl costume!  She is amazing!
