Cooking Class 2/10

Of course, I'm the teacher. The three older girls are learning to cook, from yours truly. We are treating it as a real class. They get to choose their recipes, and they do everything. I just oversee.

This was the BEST homemade mac & cheese I've ever had!

They wanted to make pizza, the crust was made from scratch.

Alexis does this face when she really likes something. :) This is a cheese omelet she made.

Making the omelet.

You just reminded me of your mad cooking skills. I remember you made us all a "fancy" dinner one night when we were living at Brookside. You are great to be teaching your daughters....I am not quite ready to let mine venture beyond nachos and hot dogs just yet!

Yet another reason we ought to live closer--cooking lessons with Chef Amy!

I have to ditto Sharese. I was going to say the same thing until I read her comment and realized I just had to say ditto.

p.s. I love your little man child. Such a perfect description.
