Encampment 7/2012

Jesse's dad has been working for years to head up this huge scout camp at Cowles Scout Reservation, located twenty minutes west of Newport, Washington. It was July 30 to August 4, 2012, the Cowles Scout Reservation hosted more than 2,000 boys and leaders from 17 stakes for the 2012 Aaronic Priesthood Encampment.  If you want to know more about it check out the website:

Jesse was able to attend with some of his brothers Stu, Abe and Baden and and nephews, Ford, Clark and Adam.
They  had a fantastic and memorable time!

The previous year they actually built the camp where the encampment was held, called Camp Sunrise which was unused raw land that was part of the camp Cowles reservation.  It was a labor of love and we're so grateful to Jesse's dad for working so hard to put on a world class event.
